Monthly meetings are also beneficial if your condo has a major project or other significant considerations requiring active board feedback.
   

2. Major projects: When a condo undergoes major construction or faces significant disruptions, monthly meetings help keep everything on track. Regular meetings provide an opportunity for all board members to actively participate in the decision-making processes.
