Key Condo is structured so that condo managers work 40 hours per week (yes, including time spent in board meetings), internal communication is supportive and empowering, and daily and scheduled tasks are organized and tracked.

We have completely revamped the condo management process: we always respond to residents as soon as possible and provide them with complete answers to their questions, we don't accept kickbacks from vendors, we are knowledgeable and trustworthy, we establish financial continuity for our clients, and we do everything we can to not charge our condos more than our flat monthly management fee. We are careful about which condo corporations we work with. We very clearly communicate our scope to clients so that you can easily manage all your condos in a systematic way.

Our team members are paid a competitive wage for reasonable hours!

• Licensed condo managers: WFH 10 hours/ day Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting at $85,000/ year + benefits. 

• Unlicensed condo coordinators: WFH 10 hours/ day Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting at $65,000/ year + benefits.
