This Privacy Policy describes the information Key Condo Management Ltd (“Key Condo”, “we”, and “us”) collects when a person or business (“you” or “your”) contacts or interacts with us.

Scope and Consent
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect if you interact with one of our Condominium Corporation clients, even if you have not entered into an Agreement with us. However, this Privacy Policy does not describe the practices of other users of our Services, including your Condominium Corporation and its Directors or Vendors, that may collect information about you when you interact with them through our Services.
Personal Information
This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information we collect or receive about you, from you, or any other source. “Personal information” as used in this Privacy Policy refers to any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular individual and that is recorded in any form (such as your name, your phone number, your postal and email address, your bank account details, and your signature, as further defined in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA"). We will only use and disclose such personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that even if you have indicated your choice not to receive commercial emails or commercial phone calls from us, we may still communicate with you in connection with a Service, in accordance with applicable law.

Retention
The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it. ​We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with your Condominium Corporation and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it, in accordance with our data retention policies and practices. Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymized.
Security
We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We hold information about you with the assistance of third-party service providers.
In the event that any information in our possession or under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.

Amendment
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date above. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you use our Services to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
