Before purchasing, remember that we provide unit owners with most condo documents for free! We do charge for information statements and estoppel certificates, as these two documents are generated specially for your unit at the time of your sale.

When purchasing an information statement or estoppel certificate from Key Condo, you will receive a single document listing all legal units that are known to be associated with the referenced residential unit, including individually titled parking stalls and storage lockers.
