Offboarding

We value long-term planning and transparency. If a situation arises where our service doesn’t meet your expectations or circumstances have changed, exiting is straightforward and loss-free.

 

Once we receive a 30-day termination notice, we transfer all digitized files. You retain full control of your bank account, financial data, EFT setup, and uninterrupted financial management via your bookkeeper. This process ensures your corporation’s stability and continuity, even as we part ways.

Doing the little things right makes a big difference. Key Condo offers monthly pricing at $21 per unit. We rarely deviate from this rate as we do not charge administrative fees for any work (unlike most of your competitors).
