Seamless onboarding

Onboarding can be completed within 30-60 days. Your condo manager will handle every step, from obtaining documents from your previous company to adopting a code of ethics and revising the agenda to align with Roberts Rules of Order at their first board meeting.

We value long-term planning and transparency. If a situation arises where our service doesn’t meet your expectations or circumstances have changed, exiting is straightforward and loss-free.
Once we receive a 30-day termination notice, we transfer all digitized files. You retain full control of your bank account, financial data, EFT setup, and uninterrupted financial management via your bookkeeper. This process ensures your corporation’s stability and continuity, even as we part ways.
