Our team attends board and general meetings for free, to offering expert insights and recording the meeting minutes without additional charges.
3. 24/7 Emergency Service:
Emergencies don’t keep office hours, and neither do we. Our free 24/7 emergency service ensures you get help when you need it most.
4. Responsive Communication:
We pride ourselves on providing prompt (free) responses to board and resident inquiries, often within one business day, setting a new standard in customer service.
5. Proactive Alerts and Updates:
Whether it’s maintenance schedules, service disruptions, or security incidents, it's in our scope to keep residents informed and prepared.
6. Inclusive Office Supplies:
Administrative costs such as paper, stamps, and ink are included in our fee, removing the burden of extra expenses from our clients (and removing our administrative burden of tallying all these small costs up).
7. On-Site Contractor Coordination:
We conduct (free) site visits to meet with contractors , facilitating quality work and adherence to schedules, all included in our rate.
8. Seamless Onboarding/Offboarding:
There are no onboarding or offboarding charges as we handle the onboarding and offboarding of residents efficiently.
9. Clear Communication Channels:
We facilitate free communication between residents and the condo board, helping with renovation or pet application processes and conflict resolution.
10. Guidance on Insurance Claims:
Navigating insurance claims can be daunting. We explain the process and follow up until property is repaired. As always—all communication is free.
11. Efficient Vendor Management:
We manage vendor interactions to secure the best services and prices for our clients. You (nor your vendor) will never see an invoice from us related to vendor management.
12. Transparent Document Management:
Our condo board members have free access to a portal that has all your documents including board meeting and AGM minutes, past board meeting packages, drawings and equipment documentation, invoices, general ledgers, insurance docs, etc available to view any time they want to.
