Building Harmonious Condominium Communities in Calgary

At Key Condo Management, we take pride in our commitment to professionalism and prompt communication with residents! We aim to create an environment where every resident knows that their concerns will be heard and addressed.


We understand that undesirable behaviour from neighbours can sometimes disrupt the quality of life for residents. That’s why we’ve created a standardised approach to address resident concerns about their neighbours professionally and promptly.


The first step in resolving resident concerns is to actively listen by lending an empathetic ear to every complaint. When we can tell that a resident has sent an email about their neighbour in anger, we will call them to make sure we understand their frustration and what outcome they are seeking.


Once we have an understanding of the frustration, we will contact the offending resident first by calling them and then by following up with an email.


After talking to the offending resident we will circle back around to provide an update to the resident who originally complained, and let them know what we have done to address the concern.


Our goal is to find a compromise that will work for all residents, but sometimes this isn’t possible. In cases where a resident is still dissatisfied, we will escalate the issue up to the condo board to consider if the offending resident is violating the bylaws.


Our commitment to active listening, prompt responses, open communication, and accountability ensures that residents can enjoy a harmonious living experience in their Calgary condo building.
